Chef MacLeod brings more than 15 years’ of international experience to his role, having worked with some of the highly regarded Michelin Star chefs like Alain Senderens, Michel Guerard and Alexandre Bourdas in France as well as in reputable hotel chains like the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and the InterContinental Hotels and Resorts.The photo shoot specifically features chef MacLeoud ingenious dishes that set apart The Legian as one of the movers and shakers of the food scene in Bali.

An Italian Ristorantino specialising in Salumi and Formaggio which feature a Campari bar. Geoff Lindsay, Executive Chef and Owner of Melbourne’s most awarded Vietnamese restaurant Dandelion has paved the way for contemporary Vietnamese cuisine in Australia’s fine dining scene. He is also the chef behind Pearl Restaurant & Bar and Executive Chef of Saigon Street, Bali. In 2005 Geoff was named Chef of the Year by ‘The Age Good Food Guide’.

    Artisanal Italian gelato that provides premium products using best all natural local ingredients. The project was a rebranding of the product to focus on the premium selection of their product and the quality of the processing – shown in the mood and carefully composed images. This brand is the heart and soul of their founders, Indah and Greg, and that’s what I wanted my images to communicate successfully – the passions of the people behind a scoop of the gelato.

    The Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel is a private beachfront hotel located in Kuta, that caters to leisure and business travellers alike with its 7 restaurants and bars, 9 function spaces, a spa, a fitness center, a spacious sculptured pool, and a helipad. The hotel is adjacent to the Discovery Shopping Mall and a 10-minute walk to Central Kuta. My work in this hotel is providing new menu food photographs for printed and web marketing collaterals. All the photos and food styling was done by myself.

    The Foodie is an online magazine available through Scoop apps, designated for the foodies at heart who love exploring the culinary world with a passion. Featuring food trends, culture, faces behind the food or dish, movers and shakers of the culinary in Indonesia. My work in this edition are featured images from Hujan Locale, the newly opened Alila Seminyak and Spice by Chris Salans in Ubud.
